The Super 8 is everything it claims to be: clean, simple, adequate breakfast in the lobby. Polite and friendly reception. Good value for the money. In spite of being conveniently located on major road, we were not bothered by road noise.
The staff was very friendly and accomodating. They provided extra items that we need as soon as we asked for it.
It was a bit expensive for our budget. We stayed there because family was there who needed our assistance watching the grandchildren. The fact that they are environmentally friendly and contribute to the community organizations.
The staff were very helpful and went beyond their responsibilities in this regard. Christa, the young woman at the desk in the Morning very kindly provided me with a microwave in my room when I suggested the hotel could offer self-catering facilities (I have a lot of food allergies). Also, Mr Ben Hechter rigged a handle for the box of my computer screen when I was leaving. Most unexpected but most welcome!
The ease of access to each unit from the parking area is excellent. The continental breakfast was good, and the availabilty of coffee/tea at any time was good.
We returned to stay at Super 8 due to our previous pleasant experiences there. Your free breakfast is both tasty and satisfying.
got there at 8 pm and left at 6 am so i dont have anything to say really
Convenience to downtown Kelowna and to the airport
Convenient location for visiting family living in Kelowna
One night of noisy guests adjacent to my room out of six.....not bad.
The staff was friendly and we enjoyed the continental breakfast. The only thing missing was protein in the menu. It was all very satisfactory.
Friendly staff and how clean the room was
Was convenient for where we had to be and the cost was fairly affordable
in my opinion, interior of room needs a little updating.
Very clean and the booking in staff was very friendly and offered good advice
Location is excellent for access to many events around the Kelowna area.
The rooms were a bit on the small side and the air conditioner was very noisy affecting our sleep.
Central location, easy to find at night right by the highway. Friendly staff. Very clean room with OK decor, comfy bed and a good amount of pillows.
Would not call the breakfast included "continental"...was in the small lobby, and not much besides toast, muffins and cereal. Room was spotless but would prefer the smell of potpourri over just bleach.
